Humein yaqeen hai ke naye salary structure ko samajhna har employer aur employee ke liye lazmi hai taake qanooni pechidgiyon se bacha ja sakay.
1. Soobah-war Kam Az Kam Ujrat (Unskilled Workers) 2026
Pakistan mein ujraton ka faisla soobai Minimum Wage Boards karte hain. 2026 ke budget ke mutabiq taaza tareen statistics darj-zail hain:

2. Sarkari Mulazmeen Ki Tankhwahon Mein Izafa (BPS 1-22)
Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb ne FY 2025-26 ke budget mein sarkari mulazmeen ke liye Adhoc Relief Allowance ka elaan kiya hai:
- Grade 1 se 16: In mulazmeen ki basic pay mein 25% tak ka izafa kiya gaya hai.
- Grade 17 se 22: Senior officers ki tankhwahon mein 20% tak ka izafa tajweez kiya gaya hai.
- Pensioners: Retired mulazmeen ki pension mein bhi 15% tak ka izafa kiya gaya hai taake unka social safety net barkarar rahe.
Aksar log sirf Rs. 40,000 ko hi sab kuch samajhte hain, magar qanoon hunarmand afraad ke liye alag kaghazat rakhta hai:
- Unskilled (Ghair-Mahir): Wo mazdoor jinhein koi khas training darkar nahi (e.g., helpers, cleaners). Inki ujrat Rs. 40,000 hai.
- Semi-Skilled: Wo afraad jo thora boht hunar jante hain. Inki ujrat aam tor par Rs. 42,000 - Rs. 45,000 ke darmiyan hoti hai.
- Skilled (Hunarmand): Electricians, Welders, Carpenters, aur IT technicians. In ki minimum wage unki maharat ke hisab se Rs. 48,000 se Rs. 55,000 ke darmiyan tay ki gayi hai.
